ACCOUNT MANAGER / Full-Service Bookkeeper

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities/Job Duties:
The Account Manager position requires taking full responsibility for each clients’ bookkeeping system and guaranteeing accurate balance sheets and revenue/expense statements. In your cover letter, please elaborate on how your work experience has prepared you for this specific responsibility.
Duties include accounting system design and setup, financial statement analysis, AP/AR, account reconciliation, data entry, client training, insurance reporting, payroll, tax filings (payroll and state sales tax), client meetings, and some internal administrative work. We work almost exclusively in Quickbooks Online.
Minimum of two years full-service bookkeeping experience in Quickbooks
Knowledge of accrual basis bookkeeping
Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel and Word
Excited about learning new technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task and take initiative
Must exercise confidentiality and discretion
30 hours/week minimum, exceptions will be made for bookkeepers who already have their own clients.
Flexible hours with the ability to work remotely. Substantial availability during normal business hours is a must.
$20 to $22/hour, plus benefits for full-time staff.
